Exterior Porter / Exterior Day Porter
Work at an assigned property on a scheduled service plan.
What the work is
Exterior porters generally report to an assigned property and complete its scheduled exterior cleaning tasks: litter and debris pickup, sidewalks and curb lines, entrances, trash receptacles and the areas around landscape islands and dumpster enclosures.
What we look for
Reliability, attention to detail, clear communication and professional conduct with tenants, visitors and coworkers. Report visible concerns and follow the agreed work and safety procedures.
Transportation
Driving is not part of this role. You need a dependable way to reach the assigned property on time.
Route Driver
Travel between multiple assigned properties and complete each stop.
What the work is
Route drivers travel between assigned properties and complete the scheduled cleaning tasks at each stop, keeping track of what was done at every property on the route.
What we look for
Dependability, good time management, safe driving habits and the same attention to detail expected at every property.
Transportation
This role requires driving. License and vehicle requirements are confirmed with you for the specific position.
Team Lead
Hands-on work plus limited team leadership.
What the work is
Team leads do the same hands-on exterior work as the team, while helping communicate assignments, supporting coworkers and checking that assigned work is completed. This is not a full operations management position.
What we look for
Experience in exterior or property cleaning, steady communication, good judgment and the ability to set a reliable example.
Transportation
Any driving requirement depends on the specific assignment and is discussed with you.
